Hello!

I was born in China and raised by a hard-working single mother in Vancouver and Victoria for most of my life. Hard work and dedication are some of the most important values distilled in my childhood till this day. I am a proud local to the Greater Victoria area and graduated from Mount Doug High School. I began studying at the University of Victoria for a degree in piano performance. My love for music and the piano has been a driving force for my spirited, artistic, and creative characteristics. Alongside performing piano, I began teaching piano to kids and adults alike since 2015. I believe my experiences teaching piano translates brilliantly to the real estate business because I understand the senses of loyalty and service and to look out for the best interests of the people I am working with. In February 2023, I completed my educational training and became a licensed real estate professional.  I decided to become a licensed Realtor® because I saw a professional industry that I can full-heartedly assimilate myself with. The more I learned about real estate the more I am drawn towards working in this industry and helping individuals and families purchase and sell properties. I also believe in further investing in my training as a professional in this industry, therefore I obtained a CNE® (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation. With my special designation, I can better help my clients in several aspects and provide them the best service possible. I truly believe that my hard work, attention to details, and out-going attitude will be a perfect fit for my clients. I look forward to connecting with all of my clients and to providing exceptional real estate trading services to all!
